How to use the Twitter Header Resizer

Good to know
- Your profile photo covers the bottom left of the header, so keep text and faces away from that corner.
- Phones crop a little from the top and bottom, so leave some breathing room around anything important.
- A simple, bold image reads better than detail, since the header is often seen small on a phone.
- Each photo keeps its own crop position, so tap through the thumbnails and adjust any where a face or product is cut off before downloading them all.
- Fit whole photo with Blurred photo is a neat way to post a landscape picture as a tall Instagram post or story without cropping anything out.
- If the preview says the photo will be stretched and may look soft, start from a larger original. Making a small photo bigger cannot add detail.
- By percent and Longest side keep each photo's shape, which is handy for shrinking a whole folder for a website or email.
- Resizing does not aim for a file size. If a form or site has a KB limit, run the result through the Image Compressor.
